The location was great, I could walk anywhere, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and updated.
I would have rated the hotel higher, but during my last two days at the hotel I did not have any hot water.

Unique and interesting :) I will be back!
Very good place for a tourist stay in Bogota. I would rather call it a 3* (in European perception) boutique hotel. The advantages include an excellent location, comfortable rooms (we used a rather small single room and a standard double room), an intimate cafe and bar with the breakfast function, and most importantly, the service of the reception and housekeeping staff. I am grateful to the head of the reception (the lady, sorry, I don't remember her name) for her excellent advice regarding sightseeing, safety, communication and creating a very nice atmosphere during our stay. Everything was great for us. Thank you and we will definitely come back to you.
